Thai Stir-Fry Chilli Paste (Lobo)
- Preparation: - - Squid 250 g. - - Dice Onion 100g. - - Straw mushroom or white mushroom 50 g. - - Sliced Red Chilli 1 each - - Spring Onion Stalks 1-2 each - - Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons (30 ml.) - Directions: - 1. Prepare 250 g. scored and cut squid, 100g. diced onion, 50 g. cut straw mushroom or white mushroom, 1 sliced red chilli, 1-2 cut spring onion stalks. - 2. In a wok, bring 2 tablespoons (30 ml.) vegetable oil to high heat. Add squid and follow with diced onion. Stir-fry until cooked. - 3. Add the contents of this packet (50 g.) and mushroom. Stir-fry until done. - 4. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with red chilli and spring onion and serve. - Allergen information : Contains shrimp, soybean, wheat, oyster and fish.
