A traditional Thai dish packed with aromatic flavours, that's easy to prepare ... Toss in the garlic and shallots and stir fry for 3 minutes, until golden brown. Return the chicken to the wok and add the chillies, fish sauce, dark soy sauce and sugar.
Thai Stir-Fry Chilli Paste (Lobo)
Preparation:
- Squid 250 g.
- Dice Onion 100g.
- Straw mushroom or white mushroom 50 g.
- Sliced Red Chilli 1 each
- Spring Onion Stalks 1-2 each
- Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons (30 ml.)
Directions:
1. Prepare 250 g. scored and cut squid, 100g. diced onion, 50 g. cut straw mushroom or white mushroom, 1 sliced red chilli, 1-2 cut spring onion stalks.
2. In a wok, bring 2 tablespoons (30 ml.) vegetable oil to high heat. Add squid and follow with diced onion. Stir-fry until cooked.
3. Add the contents of this packet (50 g.) and mushroom. Stir-fry until done.
4. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with red chilli and spring onion and serve.
