Pad Cha Seasoning Paste (Lobo)
Preparation:
- Seafood such as squid, shrimp and fish 300 g.
- Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
Directions:
1. Prepare 300 g. seafood such as squid, shrimp and fish, cut into bite-size.
2. In a small wok, heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil until medium hot. Add seafood and stir-fry until done.
3. Add the contents of this packet. Stir quickly until heated through.
