Hainanese chicken rice is a dish adapted from early Chinese immigrants originally from Hainan province in southern China. It is considered one of the national dishes of Singapore.
Chicken Rice set
Preparation:
- Chicken Breast and thighs 250-300 g.
- Rice 200 g.
- Rice Seasoning sauce mix 32 g.
- Water
Directions:
1. Prepare 250-300 g. chicken breasts or thighs.
2. Put 200 g.rice and Chicken, Rice Seasoning Sauce Mix (32 g.) in a rice cooker. Poour in appropriate amount of water and mix well. Then, arrange the chicken on top. Close the lid and switch on.
3. Let it cook and serve hot with Soup and Dipping Sauce.

Making Chicken Soup and Dipping Sauce
Preparation:
- Hot Water 400 ml.
- Sauce pouch 80 g.
Directions:
1. Mix 1 packet Soup mix (8 g.) with 400 ml. Stir well.
2. Tear Sauce pouch (80 g.) open. Pour equally into 2 small sauce cups. Ready to serve.
